SELLING FEES
ABSOLUTELY NO COMMISSION SELLING FEES ON
MOTORSPORTS ITEMS SUCH AS:
Snowmobiles, 3 & 4 wheeler ATV's, golf carts, boats, jetskis,
motorcycles, go carts, cars, trucks, lawn tractors, and related items!
The $25.00 entry fee is the
only amount the seller will pay on these items!!

Parts, clothing, tools, and accessories selling fee
is only 15% with NO entry fees!!!
Selling Fees:
- Snowmobiles, Trailers, ATVs, Watercraft, Lawn Equipment, ETC :
- $25.00 entry fee per item. That's all you pay as a seller !
- No other commission or selling fees for our sellers.
- The no sale fee is just the $25.00 entry fee as listed above.
- The $25.00 entry and/or no sale fee is charged for every auction the item is entered into.
- Snowmobile Clothing, Parts, Accessories--15% with NO entry fees. (note--no minimum prices allowed on parts, clothing, or accessories--they sell to the highest bidder)

Consignments Accepted:
- We are at the auction facility on the following dates/times to accept items:
- The Saturday before the auction from 9am to 11am (unless that weekend falls on or close to a holiday, in which case we will not be open. Check the posted schedule listed below for specific open dates.)
- Wednesday & Thursday the week of the auction 10am to 2pm
- Friday (day before the auction) from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Auction Day from 8:00 am to 9:00 am--items arriving after 9:00am may not be sold until the next month's auction--don't be late!!
- All other dates/times by appointment only. Call 517-369-1153.
All times listed are Michigan time zone.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Items brought to the auction facility prior to Friday at 6PM
will be pictured and promoted on our "pictured auction inventory" website--
with over 16,000 potential buyers viewing those pictures prior to each auction from over 16 countries!
The earlier in the week that you bring your items,
the more internet coverage you get!
There is no additional charge for this service--we take the pictures, post the pictures,

Appx. 10:00 am -- Outside auction lot -- new & used trailers,

11:00 am -- Auction ring # 2 -- 2001 and older snowmobiles,

All selling
mixed years in the order they are consigned.
11:30 am -- Auction ring # 1 -- 2010 through 2003 model year
snowmobiles, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, street bikes, and more!
Selling the 2010 model years first, followed by the 2009 model
years,
with 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, and 2003 model years selling by mixed
years in the same order they are consigned.

AUCTION DAY FOR 1 HOUR AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION, or
THE MONDAY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION FROM 1PM TO 5PM, or
THE SATURDAY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION FROM 9AM TO 11AM or
by appointment --call 517-369-1153. Closed on the Sunday after the auction.

ALL ITEMS IN THE AUCTION ARE CHECKED THROUGH THE
LAW ENFORCEMENT
INFORMATION NETWORK
FOR BEING STOLEN ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES
OR CANADA
PRIOR TO THE SELLER BEING PAID.
WE TAKE THIS RESPONSIBILITY VERY, VERY SERIOUSLY--
ALL ITEMS IN THE AUCTION ARE CHECKED!

All buying and selling must be done through the auction.
Private negolations are NOT allowed!
People who attempt to buy or sell other than through the auction are removed
from the auction facility immediately and can not attend future auctions. __________________________________________________________
ATTENTION CANADIAN SELLERS
Canadian sellers should arrange for their own trucking to bring items to the auction.
You will deal directly with us regarding your payment, and we can either send your
check via UPS or wire funds directly to your bank on Friday after the auction.
Our funds and your payment are absolutely guaranteed.
If you are trucking snowmobiles or atv's from Canada into the United States yourself:
you will need to bring the Canadian registration for each snowmobile, jet ski, trailer or atv.
You will find it easier to cross the border if you use a custom's broker to do
all your paperwork ahead of time.
NOTE: You must obtain customs form # CF 7501 for items you will be selling here,
as it is needed by our buyers to be able to get snowmobiles, 3 & 4 wheelers,
watercraft, and recreational vehicles registered or titled in the United States.
We MUST have the CF-7501 customs forms faxed to us.
