GENERAL INFORMATION--SELLING FEES

Selling Fees: Snowmobiles, Trailers, ATVs, Watercraft, Lawn Equipment-- $25.00 entry fee plus 10% Maximum Selling Fee: $300.00 per item Special rates for large consignors. The no sale fee is just the $25.00 entry fee as listed above. The $25.00 entry and/or no sale fee is charged for every auction the item is entered into. Snowmobile Clothing, Parts, Accessories--25% with NO entry fees. (note--no minimum prices allowed on parts, clothing, or accessories--they sell to the highest bidder) Special selling fee on large quanities of snowmobile parts/clothing or complete store inventories.

Consignments Accepted: We are at the auction facility on the following dates/times to accept items: The Saturday before the auction from 9am to 11am (unless that weekend falls on or close to a holiday, in which case we will not be open. Check the posted schedule listed above for specific open dates.) Wednesday & Thursday the week of the auction 10am to 2pm Friday (day before the auction) from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm Auction Day from 7:00 am to 9:00 am--items arriving after 9am may not be sold until the next month's auction--don't be late!! All other dates/times by appointment only. All times listed are Michigan time zone.

Appx. 10:00 am -- Outside auction lot -- new & used trailers, jet skis, watercraft,

lawn equipment, cars, trucks, campers, and more.

Appx. 11 am -- All snowmobiles, 3 & 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, street bikes, golf carts, and more!

All sold in the order as they were consigned, mixed years.

9:00 am -- Auction ring # 3 -- snowmobile/atv parts, accessories, clothing, tools, and misc.

10:00 am -- Outside auction lot -- new & used trailers, jet skis, watercraft, lawn equipment,

cars, trucks, motor vehicles, and more!

11:00 am -- Auction ring # 2 -- 2004 and older snowmobiles, 3 & 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, street bikes and more! 

All selling mixed years in the order they are consigned.

11:30 am -- Auction ring # 1 -- 2009 through 2005 model year snowmobiles, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, street bikes, and more!    

Selling the 2009 model years first, followed by the 2008 model years,

 with 2007, 2006, 2005 model years selling by mixed years in the order they are consigned.

ATTENTION CANADIAN SELLERS

Canadian sellers should arrange for their own trucking to bring items to the auction.

You will deal directly with us regarding your payment, and we can either send your

check via UPS or wire funds directly to your bank on Friday after the auction.

Our funds and your payment are absolutely guaranteed.

If you are trucking snowmobiles or atv's from Canada into the United States yourself:
you will need to bring the Canadian registration for each snowmobile, jet ski, trailer or atv.

You will find it easier to cross the border if you use a custom's broker to do

all your paperwork ahead of time.

NOTE: You must obtain customs form # CF 7501 for items you will be selling here,

as it is needed by our buyers to be able to get snowmobiles, 3 & 4 wheelers,

watercraft, and recreational vehicles registered or titled in the United States.

We MUST have the CF-7501 customs forms faxed to us.

Seller's checks are mailed on the Friday after the auction.

ALL ITEMS IN THE AUCTION ARE CHECKED THROUGH THE

LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION NETWORK

FOR BEING STOLEN ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA

PRIOR TO THE SELLER BEING PAID.
WE TAKE THIS RESPONSIBILITY VERY, VERY SERIOUSLY--
ALL ITEMS IN THE AUCTION ARE CHECKED!

All buying and selling must be done through the auction.
Private negolations are NOT allowed!
People who attempt to buy or sell other than through the auction are removed
from the auction facility immediately and can not attend future auctions.
